Condolences sent to Croatia, Hong Kong

(VOV) - National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung on October 3 sent his condolences to the Parliament of Croatia over the death of Speaker Boris Sprem, who passed away on September 30.
The same day, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh on October 3 extended his condolences to Chief Executive of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China Leung Chun-ying over a deadly maritime accident that killed 38 people.
