The two sides reviewed the socio-economic situation in each country and the results of cooperation between the two localities in recent times.

On the occasion, Governor Sonsay presented the Lao Freedom Order, Itsala, second class, to Secretary of the Quang Ngai provincial Party Committee Vo Van Thuong and Chairman of   the provincial People’s Committee Cao Khoa, the People’s Committee Office and the People’s Council.

He also handed over the Lao Friendship Order to the provincial Department for External Relations in recognition of its contributions to strengthening the friendship and comprehensive cooperation between the two provinces.
