During the reception process, border guard officers verified identity details, cross-checked relevant documentation, and fulfilled all procedural requirements in accordance with regulations.
The unit conducted procedures in an open and transparent manner, safeguarding citizens' legitimate rights and interests, while providing clear guidance and explanations to reassure the returning individuals upon their reunion with their families.
In addition, officers at the Tinh Bien International Border Gate Guard Station disseminated legal regulations regarding entry and exit, while cautioning citizens against unofficial job recruitment offers on social media.
