Leaders of the provincial authority, the Fatherland Front, the Ethnic Minorities and Religion Board, and sectors and organizations, visited the pagodas and presented gifts to Buddhist dignitaries on May 29.

In the southern province of Ninh Thuan, provincial authorities and the Fatherland Front sent delegations to present gifts to Buddhist establishments and dignitaries in the province.

Outstanding Buddhist dignitaries, monks, nuns and followers who actively contributed to national construction, were given special honours on this occasion.
