Earlier in the morning, the team conducted a survey and identified three locations where people were suspected to be trapped inside the four-story building, which contained 24 bedrooms.
After a thorough search, the rescue team discovered two people trapped, including one child.
Immediately, officers and soldiers split into two teams to prioritize the deployment of rescue equipment, including multi-purpose cutters, hydraulic drills, lighting systems, and generators.
