Answering students’ query on his secret of success, Jack Ma, the world's most inspirational billionaire according to Fortune's 2017 "World's Greatest Leaders" index, suggested enterprises learn from failure of others to gain experience.

He advised students to learn well and choose a good employer in stead of a good company as the good boss can offer them many opportunities to learn.

During the dialogue, he also shared his experience to get rich to inspire young Vietnamese people, as well as talking about e-commerce and how technology can change people’s life.

At the Vietnam E-Payment Forum (VEPF) 2017 held earlier on the day, Jack Ma shared his experience in e-commerce and e-payment via mobile devices in China as well as the globalization process of Alibaba.

He said in Vietnam, these services are being hindered by the hesitation of users.
