Twenty-one Vietnamese logistics officials on March 23 completed an MA training course on Logistics and Transport conducted by the Belgian Liege University and the Da Nang University.

The course is part of a post-graduate training programme between the two universities signed in 2008.

Le Tan Duy, Vice Director of the Da Nang University, said that Liege University is Europe’s leading training base in logistics and will gradually transfer training skills to Da Nang University.

“The co-operative programme not only helps to develop Vietnam’s socio-economic development, but also helps Da Nang University develop logistics training,” he said.

The second course opened in the same day and will last until 2012 with 25 trainees.
