Downloadable from App Store and Google Play, the mobile app contains the full text of major international human rights treaties and agreements including those that Vietnam has ratified, and the corresponding optional protocols, according to the Australian Embassy in Vietnam.

Some of them are the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. They are all in Vietnamese and available to everyone.

Rights App is the world’s first mobile application that allows users to quickly and easily search international human rights conventions and declarations by topic and right.

The app helps individuals know their rights and assists businesses, employers and community groups to check their obligations under international human rights law.
