At the launch ceremony, 30 AO/dioxin victims were designated to receive assistance provided by generous donors. Each victim is assisted with VND250,000-300,000 per month.

The Vietnam Red Cross and donors from Phu Yen province delivered 55 presents, each worth VND300,000 to AO/dioxin victims and pledged more than VND160 million for the Charity Fund of the Phu Yen Red Cross.
