Out of the post-graduates, 30 will be trained to become lecturers for the Hanoi Science and Technology University, which is expected to be set up with support from the French Government.

In addition, 90 percent of the scholarships will be used to develop human resources for universities, institutes, colleges, research institutions, laboratories and hi-tech centres.
