The Vietnam General Association of Medicine and Pharmacy (VGAMP) and the Ministry of Health held a meeting in Hanoi on August 16 to present 140 individuals and organisations “for Vietnamese people’s health” golden cups for the first time in 2009.
The cup honours them significant contributions to protecting and improving people’s health.
The Ministry of Health encouraged medical and pharmaceutical businesses involved in the programme to have greater responsibility towards society.
Launched in May 2009, the programme has received applications from hundreds of businesses and individuals.
