Vietnamese leaders offer congratulations on Russia Day

The Vietnamese State, Government and National Assembly leaders on June 12 sent congratulatory messages to their Russian counterparts on the Russia Day (June 12).

State President To Lam sent congratulations to Russian President Vladimir Putin, and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh cabled a congratulatory message to his Russian counterpart Mikhail Mishustin.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, meanwhile, sent his congratulations to Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko, and Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin.

Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son also congratulated his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov on this occasion.
