The Vietnamese spokeswoman was answering reporters’ questions on October 15 regarding recent terrorist attacks by the Taliban against civilian and military establishments and international headquarters in Pakistan. 

She expressed her belief that perpetrators of the attacks will be strictly punished.
“The Vietnamese Government and people extend deep condolences to the Pakistani Government and people over the recent succession of bloody terrorist attacks in Pakistan,” Nga said.
