The governor of Ryazan province, Oleg Ivanovic Kovalev, highlighted Vietnam's current status in the international arena as well as its economic achievements in recent years under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, which has contributed in many ways to cooperation between Ryazan province and Vietnam.

Ambassador Dinh informed the host of Vietnam's revenwal process over the past 20 years and underlined the loyal and faithful relationship between the two countries.

To strengthen cooperation between Ryazan and Vietnam, ambassador Dinh asked the host to help Russian businesses expand their operations in Vietnam. He also asked the local immigration agency to support the Vietnamese people who live in the province.

Later, ambassador Dinh visited a number of local industries and historical sties in the province.
