Mr. Olaru expressed his thanks to the Ministry of Public Security for their support during his term in Vietnam. He said he was delighted at the development of the Romania-Vietnam relationships and the cooperation between Romainia’s executive bodies and Vietnam’s Ministry of Public Security in combating criminals and maintaining social order.

The ambassador said he hopes the relationship will further strengthen in the future.

For his part, General Minh, who is also a member of the Party Central Committee, expressed his hope that the ambassador will contribute to consolidating the relations between the two countries and cooperation between their executive bodies.
