Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Van Yeu expressed his hope that businesses of Vietnam and Poland will accelerate cooperation in investment and trade, while receiving a delegation from the Legislative Committee of the Polish Parliament's Lower House, in Hanoi on April 18.

Mr Yeu said he hopes that the Polish government will continue to create favourable conditions for the Vietnamese community to stabilise their lives and contribute more to Poland's economic development.


Polish delegate head Wojciech Szarama affirmed that the Polish government and parliament attach importance to developing ties with Vietnam. He said bilateral cooperation has been developing well in various areas such as economics, culture and education.


During their working visit from April 17-24, the Polish MPs are scheduled to work with the Legislative Task Committee, the NA Standing Committee, the NA Law Committee and other Vietnamese agencies.
