Under the plan, signed in Vientiane on December 24, the two sides will continue to exchange professional experiences and information, and cooperate in personnel training.

In 2007, the two sides will coordinate to organise activities to celebrate the 45^th founding anniversary of diplomatic ties between the two countries and the 30^th anniversary of the signing of the Vietnam-Laos Friendship and Cooperation Treaty.
