Working with the Lao delegation, Major General Nguyen Thanh Tuan, Head of the Information and Training Department, on behalf of the Vietnamese Defence Ministry’s Emulation and Reward Council, introduced the guests to emulation and reward works and movements in the army and gave a report on the emulation and reward of Vietnamese military experts and voluntary soldiers, who used to work in Laos.

The Lao head delegate, Ye Lo Chiava, who is Deputy Director of the Emulation and Reward Institute under the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party Central Committee’s Organisation and Personnel Board, expressed thanks to the great assistance from the Vietnamese people and army to Laos over the past years and wished that the Laos-Vietnam special friendship and solidarity would continue to grow and flourish.
