Participants included To Huy Rua, director of the CPV Commission for Propaganda and Training, and Samane Vinhakheth, head of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party’s Central Board for Ideology, Theory and Culture.

They discussed measures to tighten cooperation between the two commissions. They also agreed to instruct their government departments to make preparations for the 45^th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-Laos diplomatic ties (September 5) and the 30^th anniversary of the signing of the Vietnam-Laos Friendship and Cooperation Treaty (July 18).
