The five-month course, which opened on August 23, is the 12^th of its kind under the Vietnam-Laos cooperation agreement. It aims to provide Lao trainees with a basic knowledge of Marxist-Leninist theory and Ho Chi Minh Thought to improve their qualifications in the process of industrialisation and modernisation in both countries.

They will also be updated with knowledge and valuable experience necessary for Party work and personnel management.

Learners will have the chance to share their experiences about the two countries’ renewal process.
