A Vietnamese law-enforcement agency has handed over to the RoK a Korean man who was wanted on the charge of property misappropriation.
The Vietnam Interpol Office under the General Police Department for Fighting Crimes gave Noh Jung-sik, born in 1948, to the Korean police at Noi Bai International Airport on March 9.
The Seoul Court had issued an arrest warrant.
Noh Jung-sik was accused of issuing false papers for Korean men to get married illegally from May 2006 to January 2009.
Later he fled to Vietnam to seek shelter.
