Answering questions from the media on April 3 regarding Vietnam’s response to the assignment of the Malaysian Prime Minister, Vietnam’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Le Dung expressed his hope that under the new PM’s leadership, the Malaysian Government will continue to make the country prosper and become a developed country, contributing to peace, stability, cooperation and development in the region and the world.

“Vietnam wishes the friendship and multifaceted cooperation between the two countries will continue to strengthen in the future,” the spokesman said.
