At a reception for international delegations on the occasion at the Lao Presidential Palace in Vientiane on November 18, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Somsavad Lengsavath said that under the leadership of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party, Laos has achieved constant growth and international integration while improving its people’s living conditions.

This is due to the Lao people’s efforts and international friends’ effective assistance, said the deputy PM.

Laos wants to make friends with all countries for people’s happiness and world peace, stability and development, he added.

Later in the day, Lao PM Bouasone Boupphavanh hosted a feast in honour of international delegations.
