The spokesperson Nghi made the statement on July 20 while answering reporters’ questions on Vietnam’s reaction to the terrorist attack on civilians in Bulgaria. 

“We would like to convey our condolences to the Israeli and Bulgarian Governments as well as families of the victims. The culprits of the aforementioned crime must be strictly punished,” said Nghi.

An explosion ripped through the vehicle carrying 47 Israeli passengers at Sarafovo Airport in Burgas city on July 18, killing seven and wounded scores of others.
