At the session, Chairman of the Hanoi City People’s Committee Nguyen The Thao and Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee Ladutko N.A also signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on cooperation in the fields of economics, trade, culture and social affairs.

Accordingly, the two sides will consider the supply of agricultural products, including tea, coffee and pepper, and seafood to Minsk city and powdered milk to Hanoi.

Ladutko said Minsk city is willing to assist Hanoi in training experts as well as sharing experience in urban management.

The two sides also agreed to exchange delegations of journalists to disseminate information about the two capital cities and organize meetings between delegations of Hanoi and Minsk to define cooperative plans.
