Vietnam attaches importance to strengthening relationship with Mozambique
Vietnam is willing to share with Mozambique its experience in economic development, infrastructure, education, health care, agriculture and poverty reduction, said Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung.

PM Dung made the commitment on September 3 during talks with his Mozambique counterpart, Aires Bonifacio Ali, who is currently on an official visit to Vietnam
Mr Dung said that the Mozambique PM’s visit was an indication of the fine relations between the two countries.
The Vietnamese government leader expressed his delight at the rapid development in bilateral ties, and highlighted the remarkable achievements recorded by both countries in administration reform, national construction, poverty reduction, industrial development, food security, and economic development.
Prime Minister Ali praised Vietnam’s achievements in its renewal process and national development and the effectiveness of cooperation programmes and projects between Mozambique and Vietnam, particularly in the fields of investment, trade, agriculture, health care, and education.
He said he wants to develop the two countries’ economic ties on a par with their fine political relations.
PM Ali invited Mr Dung to visit Mozambique and called for Vietnamese businesses to seek investment opportunities there.
The two leaders agreed to implement specific measures to enhance cooperation in key areas and organise a conference of the Inter-government Committee to review the results of past cooperation and draw up an action plan for the future.
