At the opening, the National Oil and Gas Group handed over the new school built for the Chan Ly kindergarten, which was constructed on an 800 square metres of land at a cost of VND3.5 billion.

Ms Doan cut the ribbon to open the kindergarten and planted a tree with the teachers and pupils at the school.

The kindergarten will receive nearly 500 children in the 2011-2012 academic year. It also aims to become a national standard kindergarten this year.
