During his stay, he was received by Minister and Head of the Government Office Nguyen Xuan Phuc and met with leaders of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Finance and Security to discuss relations between Vietnam and the US and between the US and ASEAN. They also touched upon regional and international issues of mutual concern.
