Addressing the conference, VUFO President Vu Xuan Hong, said that the 11th National Party Congress approved important policies for national construction and defense, particularly external affairs.

In the context of ongoing changes in the world, there should also be changes in people-to-people diplomacy to create a favourable international environment for the country’s development and promote the image of Vietnam to the world.

The course aimed to help party members of the VUFO to broaden their knowledge of the Party and people-to-people diplomacy.
