State Vice President Truong My Hoa has attended a conference on strengthening solidarity among young people from different ethnic groups in the Central Highlands region during her recent visit to Dak Lak province.

During a working session with the Dak Lak Women’s Union, Ms Hoa asked local women to help each other develop production and run businesses for a better life.

While visiting Chu Dang rubber farm, where 95 percent of labourers are from the E De ethnic group, Ms Hoa was delighted to see that there were no hungry families and or poor workers at the farm.

During her second visit to No Trang Long boarding school, Ms Hoa asked the school to increase the number of outstanding pupils and minimize the number of bad pupils. The Vice State President also granted 40 scholarships called “Vu A Dinh” to outstanding poor pupils belonging to ethnic minority groups in Dak Lak.
