State President Truong Tan Sang has asked the Academy of Justice to take the initiative in renovating training methods and developing a line-up of lecturers with good professionalism.
Working with the academy on October 3, President Sang said the academy should step up scientific research and application of advanced training methods, along with expanding international cooperation to serve judicial reform of the country.
To become a major training centre for judicial cadres, the academy must make greater efforts to improve the quality of training, the President noted.
Since its inception 13 years ago, the academy has trained more than 25,000 judicial cadres and provided professional skills for a large number of judges, procurators, lawyers and notaries.
