State President Nguyen Minh Triet will attend the 17th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders’ Meeting in Singapore from November 14-15 at the invitation of host government Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.
President Triet will also visit Singapore from November 16-17 at the invitation of his Singaporean counterpart Sellapan Rama Nathan.
