Mr Sang praised Ha Tinh’s socio-economic achievements over the past year, while noting that the province should provide better care for poor people and social policy beneficiaries.

He also asked provincial authorities to focus on Party building work and successfully implement political tasks in 2012.

Earlier the same day, the State leader offered incense to commemorate the late Party General Secretary Ha Huy Tap in Cam Hung Commune, Cam Xuyen District.
