State President Nguyen Minh Triet on May 13 sent his condolences to the Dutch Queen Beatrix and the families of the victims of the recent plane crash in Libya.
A total of 103 passengers and crew members, including several dozen Dutch citizens were killed in the crash at Tripoli airport in Libya on May 12.
