Belarusian Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich’s official visit to Vietnam is of great importance to boosting bilateral relations between the two countries.

State President Truong Tan Sang affirmed this at a reception for visiting PM Myasnikovich in Hanoi on November 30.

The State leader expressed his satisfaction at the outcomes of the talks held between PM Myasnikovich and his Vietnamese counterpart Nguyen Tan Dung.

Mr Sang highlighted Belarus’s role as an observer of the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly and thanked Belarusian leaders for creating favourable conditions for overseas Vietnamese living and working in the European country.

PM Myasnikovich said he was very delighted at the two countries’ close and effective cooperation in economics, trade, education, and training, and other fields.
