Khue applauded the USACBT leader’s visit, saying that it is taking place in the context of the positively developing cooperation between Vietnam and the US.

Defence relations between the two countries have been promoted in the exchange of high-ranking delegations, training, army medicine and surmounting war consequences, he said. 

He expressed his belief that the visit will make practical contributions to further boosting the mutually beneficial cooperation between the two nations in all aspects, including defence.

Frances Zwenig stressed that she will do her best to help develop bilateral ties.
