Alexander Mukhin, a software engineer from the Gazprom Group of Russia, was awarded the Friendship Order by the Vietnamese State for his active contributions to developing Vietnam’s oil and gas industry and the Vietnam-Russia friendship.
The Vietnamese Embassy in Russia on November 18 hosted a ceremony to hand over the award.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vietnamese Ambassador to Russia Pham Xuan Son reviewed the recent fine development of traditional friendship and bilateral trade relations between Vietnam and Russia, especially in the oil and gas sector.
For his part, Mukhin thanked the Vietnamese State for the award, affirming that he will make further contributions to promoting and developing the friendship between the two countries.
