Speaking at the award ceremony in Hanoi on August 6, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Quoc Cuong highly valued new developments in Vietnam and Russia ’s strategic partnership and comprehensive cooperation during Ambassador Serafimov’s term of office. 

The Russian ambassador said he was proud to receive the distinguished award from the Vietnamese State and affirmed that he will make more contributions to consolidating the traditional friendship and strategic partnership between the two countries.
