Ambassador Olaru was recognized for his significant contributions to promoting the traditional friendship and multifaceted cooperation between Vietnam and Romania.

He said he was greatly honoured to receive the order and sincerely thanked the Vietnamese State for the noble reward, saying it is a great symbol of bilateral friendship.

He also committed to make further contributions to developing the traditional relations in the future.
