• Indonesian ambassador honoured 

Addressing the function, Ambassador Pitono Purnomo stressed the significance of the event to the Indonesians.

He took this opportunity to thank Vietnam for supporting and cooperating with Indonesia over the years, expressing his belief that the two countries will continue to cooperate more effectively in many fields. 

Deputy Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son expressed his pleasure at the developments of friendship and cooperation in politics, economics, trade, investment, education, labour, security and national defence between the two countries.

He said he believed the Indonesians will achieve greater success in national construction and development.
