Vietnamese officials paid a courtesy visit to General Secretary and President Choummaly Sayasone and held talks with a delegation from the Lao Presidential Office.

Both sides expressed pleasure at positive developments of the traditional and special friendship between Vietnam and Laos in recent times and believed that under the leadership of the two Parties and States, bilateral relationship will further grow in the future.
