Political ties boosted between Vietnam and Russia
The Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration (HCMA) and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) signed a cooperation agreement in Moscow on May 27 to further increase their training quality.
The signing took place during a working visit to Russia by a delegation from the Vietnamese academy led by Prof. Dr. Ta Ngoc Tan, Party Central Committee member and Director of the Academy.
The same day, the Vietnamese delegation visited the Far-East Division of the Russian Academy of Science.
They will also work with other counterparts in St. Petersburg and Minsk (Belarus) to exchange and learn from their experiences in management and administration.
