Among those present were Nguyen Thi Thuan from Tan Hoa District, whose sons were killed during the resistant war against US aggressors and wounded soldiers Bui Van Phuc and Bui Van Non from Cao Phong district.

Mr Sang praised the contribution of war martyrs and invalids in the struggle for national independence and freedom and urged provincial authorities to take better care of those receiving social welfare, especially in remote areas.
