PM Dung said over the past years, Vietnam and Cambodia have cooperated effectively and comprehensively in many fields such as politics, economics, culture, security, calamity and disease prevention and health.

Economic and trade cooperation in border provinces between the two countries have achieved more dynamics and effective results thanks to great efforts made by the Government and people of the two countries, said PM Dung.

The Cambodian ambassador expressed his sincere thanks to PM Dung for his warm feelings towards Cambodian people. On behalf of the Cambodian Royal Government, the ambassador also extended deep thanks to the Vietnamese Government and people for greatly contributing to the development of multi-faceted cooperation relations between the countries.

PM Dung wished Mr Long Kem success in his new position and expressed hopes of continuing to develop the tradition of friendship between the two countries.
