The conference focused on five major areas of the overall programme on State administrative reform in the 2011-2020, including institutions and administrative procedures; organisation of administrative apparatus; the quality of State employees; public spending and administration.

These areas are of great concern to people and businesses as they have had a direct impact on their lives and the country’s socio-economic development over the years as well as in the next ten years.
