PM extends congratulations to new Czech counterpart
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on December 16 sent a congratulatory message to Andrej Babis on his election as the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic.
On the same day, Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung also cabled congratulations to his Czech counterpart Petr Macinka.
