The visit was made at the invitation of Russian PM Vladimir Putin, says the communiqué. 

After Russia, Mr Dung will lead a Vietnamese delegation to attend the UN Climate Change Conference and the fifth meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (CMP5) to be held in Copenhagen, Denmark from December 16-18.
