Professor Qiu Yong noted that after careful consideration, and in recognition of the Prime Minister’s achievements in economic development and his contributions to China-Vietnam cooperation, Tsinghua University decided to confer upon him the prestigious Honorary Professor title.
Expressing his gratitude, PM Chinh described the title as an honor, not just for himself but also as a testament to the Vietnamese Party and State’s dedication to national renewal and socialist construction. He emphasized that Vietnam’s development model is built upon Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought, and the nation’s 4,000-year cultural heritage, adapted creatively to Vietnam’s specific conditions and the evolving global landscape. He expressed deep appreciation to the Vietnamese Party, State, and key leaders over the years, including Party General Secretary To Lam, for their support in his academic and professional journey, enabling him to serve the nation and its people.
PM Chinh reaffirmed Vietnam’s commitment to working closely with China to enhance the Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership and advance the Vietnam-China Community with a Shared Future in a stable, healthy, and sustainable manner.
