Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has signed a decision to approve an agreement on investment encouragement and protection between the Governments of Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Under Decision 662/QD-TTg, the PM assigned the Foreign Ministry to complete all necessary legal procedures and inform its counterpart in writing so that the agreement officially takes effect as stipulated.
The agreement was signed in the UAE capital city of Abu Dhabi on February 16 during PM Dung’s visit to the country.
