PM Dung appointed Pham Quang Vinh who is an assistant to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and head of the SOM ASEAN Vietnam, and Nguyen Phuong Nga who is head of the Department of Information and Press and MoFA spokesperson as Deputy Ministers of Foreign Affairs.

He also designated Nguyen Khac Dinh who is an assistant to the Prime Minister as Vice Chairman of the Government Office and Bui Quoc Bao who is Chief of the Secretariat-Editorial Department as the PM’s assistant.
